First Meeting Tonight

A past Rover service activity,
involving a bit of construction
and a lot of good food!

We will be holding our first official meeting of 2011-2012 tonight, 7:30PM at our regular meeting place, Saint Andrews Presbyterian Church.

The main goal of our agenda is to brainstorm goals for the year, so please bring your ideas!

All are welcome to come check us out. There is no cost to join and no obligation to register right away.

To give you an idea about what we do, one of our first events will be a weekend hike at either Fundy National Park, or Turtle Mountain (near Saint John). An upcoming service activity will involve contributing to a competition for Scout and Venturers while they hike an 8km loop at night in Fundy National Park. Past events have included canoeing, SCUBA diving, volunteering around the community, and simply getting together for barbecues. We work hard and play hard.
